Cost of Therapy

● Online or in person 1 hour counselling/psychotherapy (including EMDR) = £75

​

● First online or in person formulation session 90 minutes = £100

​

Payment is via BACS and strictly payable before a session. Fees will vary if a longer session is required.

Duration of Therapy

This will depend on your needs. I offer short term (6 sessions) or longer term sessions (12 -20 sessions). Some clients prefer engaging within a longer term therapeutic relationship.  The progress of therapy will be reviewed regularly and this is an opportunity for you to check that the therapy is helping.
